Turbo Technology Matters

Not every turbo engine responds the same way, and a tuner needs to know the difference before touching a single map. An older 2006 to 2009 turbo will give you a solid, honest lift. A 2015-onward unit with an electronic wastegate and modern intercooling is a different conversation, because there is far more safe headroom to work with. So before any file gets written we assess your hardware, your turbo generation, and your exact software version, then build a tune that actually suits the platform. Safe, efficient, and properly quick.

Gearbox Tuning: ZF 8HP & DSG Performance Calibration

We calibrate the modern automatics that genuinely respond to it: the ZF 8HP family and the VAG DSG boxes (DQ200, DQ250, DQ500, DL501). That means faster shifts, sharper response, and the clutch clamping and torque limits raised to hold the engine's new output, because a strong engine tune left on a stock gearbox map just slips and cooks the clutches. Whether you want a refined daily or proper bang-shifts on demand, the box is matched to your engine and your driving style, not lifted from a generic file.

Pop & Bangs On Demand

Want crackle and bang on overrun without it wearing thin on the school run? We set it up properly. If your car has drive modes or a button (Sport, Sport Plus, Track), we can tie the pops and bangs to those modes, so it stays civil in comfort and only lets rip when you ask for it. No permanently-on racket that gets old in a week.

WinOLS gives full control of the ECU data: genuine map identification, accurate scaling, automatic checksum correction so the flash takes first time, and changes built against the exact software version on your car.
